The Singpass Myinfo Profile has been improved, allowing you to personalize the information you want to see on the app. You can select from a range of options such as CPF account information, HDB property details, passport expiry date, and more.

Say goodbye to long passwords

With QR login, you can bypass the need to enter your Singpass ID and password. Simply scan or tap the QR code to launch the app, verify your identity, and you're in! You can also access popular digital services directly from the app through Login Shortcuts.

Transact securely on the go

Are you working or staying overseas? The Singpass app provides greater mobility, eliminating the need to wait for an SMS OTP to access digital services.

DIGITAL SIGNING: Easily sign documents and contracts securely with the Singpass app, eliminating the need for physical presence and paper-based signing.
INBOX: Receive government notifications through the Singpass app inbox.
VERIFY: Securely verify your identity in person with QR scanning.
DOCUMENTS: Save your COVID-19 vaccination information (EU Digital COVID Certificate) in the Apple Health app; Store your vaccination card in Apple Wallet.

All you need is a smartphone, internet connection, and a registered Singpass account.

Step 1: Install the Singpass app.
Step 2: Complete a one-time setup.
Step 3: Your trusted digital identity is now ready for use! You can access digital services via the Singpass app using your fingerprint, face, or 6-digit passcode.

COMMON ISSUES

Are you directed to app.singpass.gov.sg when tapping on the QR code during login?

This may be due to a delay in retrieving the required configuration file (Apple-App-Site-Association or AASA) by iOS. This file is necessary for QR code tapping (Universal Links) to function properly.

Here are some workarounds that have proven effective for other users experiencing the same issue:

Try again later. Most users report that iOS successfully retrieves the necessary configuration after some time.
Restart your phone once (or twice) and wait a few minutes for iOS to initialize the Universal Links for the Singpass app (as well as other affected apps).
Uninstall the Singpass app from your device, then download it again from the official App Store.
